Comme pour le certificat de base, il faudra accumuler un certain nombre de points, pour obtenir ces magnifiques reproductions.
Comment obtient-on des points pour demander des certificats ? Cette question est souvent posée.
Supposons que vous ayez contacté, "ON4CN ON7MJ ON4BG ON4LCG ON6CU".
Supposons également que vous chassiez le certificat du "BORINAGE".

Claude "ON4CN" posséde Borinage "29-C-IQ-VIP" 35 points.
Jean "ON7MJ" posséde Borinage "02-C-IQ" 25 points.
Guy "ON4BG" posséde Borinage "17-C-IQ" 25 points.
Jacques "ON4LCG" posséde Borinage "52-C-IQ-VIP" 35 points.
Willy "ON6CU" posséde Borinage "14-C-IQ-VIP" 35 points.

Vous avez participé a quatres QSOs dominicaux, vous avez droit à 4 x 10 points = 40 points.
Vous avez accumulé 155 points aux total (35 + 25 + 25 + 35 + 35 = 155 points).
A ces 155 points vous rajoutez les 40 points des quatres QSO dominicaux ce qui fait 195 + 40 = 195 points.
Avec vos 195 points de l'exemple ci-dessus, vous obtiendrez 30 points=basic 195 : 50 = 3 upgrades.

As for the basic certificate, it will be necessary to accumulate a certain number of points to get those splendid reproduction.

Willy "ON6CU" has Chapter Borinage Id "14-C-IQ-VIP" 35 points.

You took part to 4 Sunday's QSO, you have right to 4 X 10 points = 40 points.

You accumulated 155 points in a whole (35 + 25 + 25 + 35 + 35 = 155 points).

To these 155 points you add the 40 points for the 4 Sunday's QSO, this makes 195 points.
With your 195 points of the example above, you will get the basic certificate (the 30 points minimum requested) and 3 upgrades (3 times 50 is included in the remaining 165 points).

• Un call ne peut être utilisé qu'une seul fois.
• Afin de promouvoir l'activité sur le Net, il a été prévu pour le "Chapter Borinage" que chaque participation rapporte 10 points (ce n'est pas toujours le cas pour les autres Chapters).
• Afin de promouvoir l'activité "SWL" ce règlement est également valable pour les "non licenciés déca".
• Le règlement d'obtention du certificat "Chapter Borinage" stipule qu'il faut 30 points pour obtenir le Basic et que, par paquet de 50 points, on obtient un "UPGRADE" (il y en a 11: les 10 provinces plus le VIP).
• Si l'on atteint 550 points, on devient VIP et IQ.
  • "VIP" : OM qui possède tous les UPGRADES.
  • "IQ" (Instant qualifier) : le simple fait de contacter un IQ permet d'obtenir le certificat de "Base" sans nécessiter de posséder un nombre de points précis, un genre de jocker.

Vous avez donc le certificat et 3 upgrades mais alors, si on vous contacts, vous pouvez donner des points !!!!!
Combien ? Eh bien, suivant le règlement en vigueur :

• Basic 10 points.
• UPGRADES + 3 points.

Vous donnez donc à votre tour "13 points".
Ouf! Voilà c'est pas plus compliqué que cela... J'espère m'être fait bien comprendre...
Ce procédé est en vigueur dans tous les Chapters.
Dernière remarque, le "CHAPTER HEAD" peut donner des points supplémentaires à l'une ou l'autre station selon l'opportunité.

• Les certificats sont référencés par un chiffre et une lettre.
• Le chiffre est attribué dans l'ordre des réception de demande.
• La lettre peut être un C pour indiquer que le possesseur est membre du Chapter.
• La lettre peut être un L pour une station locale (1000 Kms).
• La lettre peut être un DX pour les autres stations.

• In order to promote the activity on the Net, it was planned for Chapter Borinage that each participation brings 10 points, this is not always the case for the others Chapters.
• In order to promote "SWL" activity, this rule is also valid for the "not licensed HAM on decametrics bands".
• The rules to get the certificate "Chapter Borinage" stipulate that one needs 30 points to obtain the "BASIC" award and that, per package of 50 points, one obtains an "UPGRADE" (there are 11 of them: 10 provinces plus the VIP).
• If the 550 points are reached, one becomes VIP and IQ.
  • "VIP" : station which has all the "UPGRADES".
